Join My Sober Girlfriends and guest facilitator Marisa La Fata on a journey to the center of your heart. This event is for sober women. 

Marisa will share how:

• Ritual and spiritual practice can help release old stories and limiting beliefs
• Using the practice of The Four Agreements (by Don Miguel Ruiz) can lead to a life of personal freedom and unconditional self-love.

These teachings will be accompanied by a shamanic visioning meditation. 

On this journey to the unseen realm, you will connect to your energy body, helping Spirits, and your divine center. Join her on an adventure of awakening the shaman within.
