Each person’s Shamanic Breathwork journey is a highly individualized process and no two are ever the same. Some of the states of consciousness reported range from divine, otherworldly bliss states to the struggle to be released from negative forces in the psyche. Rebirthing is a common occurrence, as is the life review where one relives or observes their lifetime experiences. Old patterns of dysfunction may be brought to the surface. Addictions are sometimes transformed during this process, as feelings such as grief, fear, rage and anxiety are released.

Shamanic Breathwork® is a powerful healing modality created by Linda Star Wolf, a visionary teacher, shamanic guide, and founder of Venus Rising Association for Transformation and Venus Rising University. Developed through decades of study and practice, and inspired by her studies with Holotropic breathwork founder, Stan Grof, and Integrative Breathwork founder Jacquelyn Small, Shamanic Breathwork® integrates ancient wisdom with modern transformational techniques to facilitate deep healing and personal awakening.

I am honored to be a Master Apprentice of Shamanic Breathwork® under the guidance of Linda Star Wolf and Venus Rising. This path is a deep commitment to the transformative power of breathwork and a calling to be in service to others through healing and soul awakening.
I have trained extensively in holding space for deep healing, guiding individuals through the Shamanic Breathwork process, and supporting integration with clarity and compassion. Working closely with my mentor, I have refined my skills in facilitating powerful ceremonies, creating sacred space, and helping others navigate their inner landscapes with confidence and professionalism.
